1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and yyrr ("yyrr", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the yyrr platform, website located at yyrr.casa, associated mobile interfaces and all services, games, betting markets and content made available through them ("Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, launching a game or otherwise accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

These Terms should be read alongside the yyrr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the yyrr platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus credits held in an Account at any point in time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or reload offer extended to a User by yyrr under stated conditions.
• "Game" means any casino title, slot, table game, live dealer format or instant game accessible through the Services.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before certain account actions may be completed.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency denomination used for transactions on the platform.
• "Services" has the meaning given in Section 1 above.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible Games before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Services. yyrr strictly prohibits gambling by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an Account pending satisfactory verification. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be forfeited or returned to the deposit source in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. yyrr does not represent that the Services are available or legally permissible in every location. Users accessing the Services from a restricted jurisdiction do so at their own risk.

3.3 Capacity

You confirm that you possess full legal capacity to enter into this agreement, are not acting on behalf of another person without proper authority, and are not subject to any self-exclusion order or restriction that would prohibit your participation.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account. Duplicate or multiple Accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, yyrr reserves the right to close all but the earliest Account, void all associated bets and forfeit any Balances held across those Accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity document number (MyKad, passport or driving licence), residential address and a valid contact email address. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. You accept liability for all activity conducted under your Account prior to your notification to yyrr of any unauthorised access or security breach.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

yyrr may require identity and address verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Documents typically required include a valid government-issued photo ID and a proof of address dated within three months. Verification is ordinarily completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Permitted Payment Methods

yyrr accepts deposits through approved Malaysian payment channels, which may include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and direct bank transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong. All transactions are denominated in MYR unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Own-Name Requirement

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. A payment confirmed as originating from a third party may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction. yyrr reserves the right to amend these limits with reasonable notice.

5.4 No Money Laundering

The Services must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. Deposits are expected to represent legitimate personal funds. yyrr complies with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Verification Requirement

Withdrawals may only be processed to accounts or payment instruments registered in your own name. You must have completed the KYC verification process satisfactorily before a withdrawal request will be honoured.

6.2 Processing Timeframes

yyrr targets the following processing timeframes, subject to satisfactory verification and payment-partner availability: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers typically 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers typically 15 to 60 minutes. These are service targets, not guarantees.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within the Account cashier at the time of the request. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

6.4 Return to Deposit Source

Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If that method cannot accept withdrawals, an alternative verified method may be approved.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions and free-play credits offered by yyrr are subject to specific terms stated at the point of the offer. Where no specific bonus terms are provided, these general Terms apply as the default.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. The applicable multiplier, eligible game weighting, expiry period and maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active are stated in the individual promotion terms. Players should review these carefully before accepting any bonus.

7.3 Abuse and Exploitation

Systematic exploitation of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus stacking, coordinated play, pattern wagering designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, and the use of multiple Accounts to claim a single offer, constitutes bonus abuse. yyrr reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings and to close any Account where abuse is determined.

7.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers

yyrr may withdraw, modify or expire a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once a bonus has been applied to an Account and wager activity has commenced, the specific terms in force at the time of activation govern that bonus.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

yyrr reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation reference on the platform. Verbal or implied acceptance has no contractual effect.

8.2 Palpable Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price or under erroneous market conditions, yyrr reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This includes human data-entry errors, software faults and manifest odds errors.

8.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, service interruption or game error, yyrr's recorded transaction data is the authoritative source. Payouts relating to malfunctions are void, and stakes may be returned at yyrr's discretion.

8.4 Game Rules

Each game available through the Services operates under rules published within that game or its associated help documentation. By launching a game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted those rules.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, and you agree not to:

1. Provide false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
2. Open more than one Account or assist another person to open duplicate Accounts;
3. Use automated software, bots, scripts or other mechanical means to interact with the Services;
4. Exploit any software vulnerability, bug or glitch for financial gain;
5. Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing or corrupt wagering;
6. Use the platform to launder funds or conduct any financially irregular activity;
7. Impersonate any other person or entity;
8. Attempt to access the Account of another user;
9. Take any action that disrupts, overloads or damages the infrastructure supporting the Services;
10. Circumvent any geographic restriction, self-exclusion mechanism or security control.

Any breach of the above will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of Balances, and may be reported to relevant law-enforcement authorities.

10. Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension by yyrr

yyrr may suspend or temporarily restrict an Account where there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, where a security check is pending, where a payment dispute is under investigation, or where required by a regulatory or law-enforcement authority.

10.2 Termination by yyrr

yyrr may permanently close an Account and void outstanding wagers where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, including fraudulent activity, underage gambling, money laundering or persistent bonus abuse.

10.3 Closure by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Any Real-Money Balance remaining at the time of closure, after deduction of applicable fees and any outstanding wagering obligations, will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yyrr shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data or loss of anticipated savings.

yyrr's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12. Responsible Gambling

yyrr is committed to promoting safer gambling practices. The Services are designed as entertainment and must not be used as a financial strategy or income mechanism. Gambling carries inherent financial risk and all players should approach the Services with appropriate care.

yyrr provides, or facilitates access to, tools that allow users to: set deposit limits; set session time reminders; request a cooling-off period; and apply a self-exclusion that restricts account access for a defined or indefinite period. 13. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without the prior written consent of yyrr or the relevant rights holder.

14. Amendments to These Terms

yyrr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date on which the updated Terms are published on the platform. Where changes are material, yyrr will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via on-platform notification or registered email.

Continued use of the Services following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Services and may request Account closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yyrr holds its operating licence. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through the internal complaints process described in Section 16. yyrr aims to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
